KB swings - 90,10 @ 18 kg
45 minute Fun Run - incorporating push-ups (3 x 54) and DB rows (4 x 21.5 kg)

I'm taking an easy week after this with an easy run, some light lifting at deload percentages, and a short HIC.

I'm really enjoying Grey Man. I'm going to force progression and run another 3-week cycle of it.

OHP - 4x8 @ 36 kg
SQ - 4x8 @ 79.4 kg
Pull-ups - 4x9 @ bodyweight
Loaded carries - 24.5k kg/hand (Suitcase carry right, Suitcase carry left, Farmer's walk)
KB swings - 10x10 @18 kg

I don't know if anybody else ever feels like this, but the first workout back after an easy week is always a little tough for me. Yes, I need to take the easy week, and you would think that I would come back fresh for that first workout, but it's almost as if I need to check the box of that first one just to get back into the groove. It's not that I don't want to do it (as I never struggle with getting my 5-6 days/week in). That first one is just a tough workout. For example, I was sucking wind on the last of the 8-rep squat sets, and I was struggling with pull-ups that were almost nothing at the end of the last cycle. That being said, I'm confident that when I come back in 2 days, it'll go smoothly. It always goes that way for me coming back from easy week.
