Note: week 6 bb is underway. Everything felt fantastic. Mobility/movement all around was on point. Pretty certain Im going to run with fighter post bb, with this exact cluster. Really am enjoying this bb block, I’ll probably opt to run bb twice a year now, body always feels amazing, plus I think it’s a better fit longevity wise. Good start to the weekend.

Note: last interval felt strong but somehow still ended up a little slower, pretty happy considering I havent hit this distance in a while, plus backing up from a MS day, adductor magnus was a bit sore after but I’ll put that down to just getting back into squats. Good session.

Note: I feel like 3 sets works best for Me with the DL 1x per week, at least just doing the DL 1x p/w with perhaps an extra hamstring accessory. I do enjoy the second and third sets, mainly due to the first set is generally a feeling it out set (after several warm up sets leading in).
The DL flew up nicely today too, still the favorite barbell lift for sure. Good start to the day.
I won’t throw much in the way of accessory work in until after bb (post a rest week as well after bb), just looking to focus on bringing the main lifts back over the back end of this block.
