Note: though my last run was the slowest I swear I hit the 400 the fastest on that run as I paced the 800m a little more. Might take a bit to work out the right all around pace for that session. Did feel pretty good after compared to after the 600s last week. Legs didn’t feel too heavy either though not as light as they were 10 years ago and 10kg lighter. I put that more to actually doing strength training and refusing to believe it has anything to do with age haha. Good session, did enjoy it.
