Monday

Finished Green block last week and am going to do a forced progression of +5#'s on each lift and switch to OP IA / Black.

Dips - 6x5 @ 50#'s
1-legged Squats - 4x5 @ 30#'s
Pullups - 6x5 @ BW (doing total weight method as I want to make sure I get good reps)

Ab Roll-Outs - 3x5

Tuesday

Meat-Eater 2 w/ 45# DB

Wednesday

Dips - 7x5
Squats - 4x5
Pullups - 7x5
