Note: fun sesh, everything was pretty fast and snappy, I’ve been playing with very slow tempo squats, but it was nice to speed things up a bit for a change.

Note: though my last run was the slowest I swear I hit the 400 the fastest on that run as I paced the 800m a little more. Might take a bit to work out the right all around pace for that session. Did feel pretty good after compared to after the 600s last week. Legs didn’t feel too heavy either though not as light as they were 10 years ago and 10kg lighter. I put that more to actually doing strength training and refusing to believe it has anything to do with age haha. Good session, did enjoy it.

Note: good fun session, a little mentally fatigued but that’s due to just having a few extra things on at the moment so I just took it a bit easy. Rest day tomorrow, then on to week 8 bb.

Note: good session, I think I’m leaning towards op/IA for continuation, and looking to bring back some hill running too, do miss Apex haha. I’m thinking two sessions FSQ/OHP/WPU and 1 session DL/OHP. We’ll see, good start to week 8 of bb, will take a week off once its complete.
