Late reply, but I have the same thing. Instead of feeling fresh and recovered, I feel weak and stiffmikhou wrote: I don't know if anybody else ever feels like this, but the first workout back after an easy week is always a little tough for me.

HIC #1. Connaught Range 10 to 1s
Unfortunately, I tend to be one of those people who think that more is better. But this workout right here reminds me that this isn't always the case. This HIC is short and hard, and when I finish it, I just feel good.
