OHP - 4x6 @ 41 kg
SQ - 4x6 @ 88.2 kg
Pull-ups - 4x9 @ bodyweight
KB swings - 40,30,30 @ 18 kg

HIC #1. Connaught Range 10 to 1s

Unfortunately, I tend to be one of those people who think that more is better. But this workout right here reminds me that this isn't always the case. This HIC is short and hard, and when I finish it, I just feel good.

Loaded carries - 26.5 kg/hand (Suitcase carry right, Suitcase carry left, Farmer's walk)

Had an unexpected visit from a friend so we knocked out a 30 minute tempo run. I followed up with some OS resets.

43 minute E run - There's nothing special about 43 minutes. It's just the time I had available. I'd have gone up to an hour.
