Block#40, Summer BB
Week#1, Friday

The Coyote
KB swings - 15, 45
Goblet squat - 5, 45
Push-ups - 10
x3

Finisher
Pull-ups ladder

Notes
*10 days of break is more than enough for me. I am starting my summer BB now. We are still waiting for baby to come and I will need to stop it and restart it at some point. It will be block with unorthodox schedule anyways. But I don't want to take longer break from training. Starting easy and slow.
**SE cluster is Don John's "The Coyote". I really like it. Basic movements and all round workout. I will be progressing with the number of rounds. No RI between the rounds.
***Pull-ups ladder is just a finisher to keep pull-ups around. No particular progression in mind. I will be going up and down ladder depending on how I feel it. Starting with easy 1-2-3-2-1.
