Note: base building: complete. Really enjoyed this block despite a few life obstacles during, body feels great, at the same time, looking forward to the week off, then I believe OP/IA with an FSQ/OHP/WPU session x2 DL/OHP setupx1 per 3 MS sessions will be on the cards. I’m itching for some apex, and will incorporate a GPP ross or Iron Wolf style in there too. Grip work will come back, and I may run a block that reincorporated some GHR work as well. I’ll write up a plan during the week off. Lots of fun to look forward too.

Rest Day
Note: been taking hot baths in place of a sauna every other day, mobility work and Romwod. Which has been nice while also on a work course at the moment. Will be back to early AM sessions come Friday. Looking forward to the next block.

Note: was itching, to start the new OP/IA block from the 4th day off onwards, has paid off through, everything felt pretty easy to work through, still stayed with the minimums just to be sure I don’t have any repercussions later. Great to be back on the AM sessions too. Awesome start to the block.
