First time I'd ever done trap bar dl. Need to add weight.

Plan to alternate between tb dl and wpu each workout.

Hill Sprints x5
I used my "45 second" hill for Standard Issue Hills for this but I eliminated the rest period at the bottom. And woo-boy was that last one rough. Actually they all were pretty rough today.

Also did the one hour brisk walk to get there and back home again.

Op I/A 75%
I realized while lifting I should stop using weeks to count with I/A. I also dropped 10 pounds off my OHP and left the DLs at the light weight. Trying to get committed to dropping some mass.
