Fitness assessment

Note: had to get a fitness assessment done at work today, I was surprised that I could still run as decent as I did after squatting in the morning, this isn’t something I would do regularly but I always say to people that they should be able to pass this test any time of day, regardless of training or if someone’s had a big night, as it is a basic assessment.

Cheers. I’m pretty happy knowing I can do that easily with bulk time to spare (on the run) if needed. I actually felt I could have gone faster but I felt if I did my hamstrings might have had something to say for doing that later..... I’ll put that to TB teaching me to a bit more conservative.

Burner set of Iron Wolf Burpees
x200

16.14

Note: not a lot of sleep, still got it in though. Finished a bit over 20 reps ahead of IW in the video, didn’t feel too bad. And on another note, little man came into the world in the early hours this morning.
