Did sumo for the dl rather than trap bar. Decided I didn't like the way the trap bar could get unbalanced in your grip. Also did it without a belt or straps/chalk, which I was happy with. All that grip work has paid off.
Also discovered that Rogue has heavy kettlebells in stock today. Yay!
