WPU - 4x10 @ bw (63kg) - See the note below about the first day back after an easy week. I gave out on the last set and had to go 3,3,2,2.
KB swings - 50/30/20 @ 18 kg
The first day back after an easy week is ALWAYS hard for me. You would think that it would be easy because I'm coming back off of rest, but, for me, it's brutal. I feel like I just have to gut through it and the second day is always better.
