1b: 20 KB-swings, 24 kg
1 min rest between rounds. 10 rounds
2a: 100 rope jumps
2b: 20 situps
5 rounds, no rest. Every 10th jump is a double under, the others are crisscross, knee raises, rope swings etc. Fun freestyle
