Just learned about Great Destroyer.. Gonna try it as GC with next block..

- 10 x double snatch
- 10 x front squat
- 10 x double clean and press
- 10 x push up
- 10 x bent over row
No rest between exercises. At least 3 rounds.

*Block is almost over. I used today's session to try some exercises that I might add to the next continuation block. Absolutely love unilateral floor press. Unilateral DL is a gut check.. And OA row is a classic.. I am not going to do any testing but I will just start low and slow with these moves..
