Fall BB is done! It was very good block. I have been running on 3-4 hours of interrupted sleep dealing with new baby feeding schedule.. My diet went south and I have gained few pounds. But it was great block regardless. Fun!
I am taking week off. I will continue with OP I/A version of ABA block. Still keeping unilateral moves around. I am going to add OA floor press, OA row, and unilateral DL into the mix. Will start low and slow and go from there.
My next BB will be around summer time. I will keep using KB complexes for SE porting and mix of running and indoor sessions for LSS.
