28/10-20 - HIC, Meat eater 2
24 kg swings, 10 rounds.

The three first rounds felt harder than the last three, didn’t really get warm until halwway through

I have now finished BB and one 6-week block of fighter/black. I have tried to get in touch with a local BJJ-club, looking to start with some martial arts again, but because of a new outbreak of covid they have to stay closed. So I will start a block of OP/Black on sunday, build some strength, and then switch to Fighter again when I can start with BJJ

10 pushups
15 squats
16 rounds in 20 min

Home workout since I have the kids this weekend. Haven’t done this one in years. Pull ups held me back, did them with a doorway bar, so did them fairly strict.
