Up until now, I had been using a 24kg bell for the stuff that calls for 20 swings and 40kg for 10. Now I'm using 40kg for 20 and up and 48kg for 10. And man it is rough sledding so far. But we press on.

Going to take it easy for a few days after that, do a few short jogs I think. Easy week principle. Also, the last few days were very productive, I think, but they wrecked my hands.
