10/11-20 - HIC, Apex hills
Wet, fog and 0-1 deg C..

Warm up: farmer carry the KB to, and up, the hill
5 rounds, 24 kg KB, 2 min rest
The sprints was 30/30 steps/17-19 sec long. Never done these, so don’t know how they are supposed to feel, but my legs got pumped. The lungs restored gradualy less between each round..

4a: 100 rope jumps (9 single/1 du)
4b: 20 situps
5 rounds, then

5: Tabata jumprope, alternating between double unders and sprint in place

With these light/easy weeks it almost feels like I go to the gym to warm up, and then go home again..

23/11-20 - HIC, BOO
30 swings, 24 kg
800 m run
3 rounds

Did them on an Assault Fitness threadmill, never tried those before. It was different in a good way.

First round was ok. Second round was hard, and I could barely run faster than LSS-pace. Third round ended in total collapse, and after 200 m I could barely sustain a jogging tempo. Sprinted the last 150 m, and now, 20 min later I’m sitting on the floor next to the threadmill, afraid to get up because it feels like I’m gonna vomit. But it’s nice to have room for improvement..
