Sunday 11/15

Tried out a new one today. Used the ramp on a parking garage for the hill and put a 40 kg bell at the top. Used the Short Hills protocol for the running and added 10 swings at the top. Did 12 laps.

Would like to build up to doing 20 swings instead of 10, for 10.
