20kg 1 minute of each alternating for 3 minutes
Note: good start to the new block. First time really bringing dips back since a bit of a shoulder injury over a year and a bit ago, didn’t feel too bad, so to be sure I’m being very conservative with the T max on that lift. Otherwise everything felt good this evening, despite a lack of sleep etc lately. Good way to kick off the weekend.
