I got camber attachment for bar. Just gave it a try today. OHP is totally doable now with my low ceiling. It is shaky and less stable with cambered version and I will be pressing lower weight. And it is going to require some learning curve. But that’s OK. I am starting to miss bilateral movements. I think I will switch to classic cluster for my next block. Low and slow as usual. It might be minimalistic version of Zulu I/A.. New Year means new cluster. Will see.

Looks like I have to cut this block short due some family stuff I will need to deal for the next few days.
Also, one of my friends has been pushing me for some time now to train with him using non-TB program. I might go this road for a few months. I will keep updating this log with main points of the training without particular details.
Cheers!

Just checking in with your log. So what sort of program is Bark GGA? Are you guys following specific programming or just kind of taking it as it comes?
