Note: b day session dusted, went conservative with the T max for this block, DL felt great. GHR is coming back strong. Feeling pretty good all around. Good session, will get some good calories in later.

Note: had a few conversations lately with regards to training that have had me thinking. I will still follow a lot of the principles laid out through TB but I will be making a few slight adjustments through the remainder of this block.

How do you find doing LSS on the Airbike? I am considering purchasing an indoor cardio option.
I was tossing up between a treadmill, rower or air bike. The air bike is actually the cheapest option, but the other two always seemed much better for LSS so I was leaning towards them.
