Ah that’s good. It’s always nice to spice things up. I was thinking of mixing in some kettlebells for a cluster later on post my next bb block, I’m still coming up with ideas. I might have to PM you, just out of curiosity with regards to your new program.

Yes it’s summer here, it’s been a very cool summer where I am, not cold, but not raging hot either, very different compared to most summers here.
