I really appreciate that you post your HR information. This stuff can vary so widely however I had very similar results and it helps to know a ballpark range of how slow is "slow". I'm also 180 -- 185 lbs, and 5' 11". Before BB I'd run around 10-15 miles a week.ajpaul24 wrote:Friday

Thanks. I am hopeful too that over the course of the next few weeks to see my times drop while HR stays the same. I used to run A LOT more but every run was as hard as I could go - which led to a lot of hip and lower back issues. I enjoy this approach much better.
