1: BSS: 3x2 x 75 kg
2: Pullups : 3x2 x 30 kg
3: Bench: 3x2 x 110 kg

Before OP, while looking over the numbers I was a bit kervous avout how I would handle these weights 3 times pr week, but so far, so good (very good)!

10/12-20 HIC at home
1: Jumprope, 100 turn, every 10th a double under
10 rounds, 1 min rest

2: Tabata, jump rope knee raises/sprint in place. More than 55 turns pr 20 sec.

3: Plank finisher: 5 minutes in plank position.
2 min+1 min+1 min+1 min

This was the last day of OP. Last test day was in sebt, then 6 weeks of Fighter, then 6 weeks of OP. I’ll do a new test day next week, then do a SE/E block for three weeks while I’m away from the gym for the holidays, and figure out what to do next.

15/12-20 - Test day

18/09-20
BW: 88 kg
BSS: 3x75, estimated 1 RM 1x82,5 kg
Pullup: 3x35 kg, estimated 1 RM 1x38,5 kg
Bench: 1x125 kg

Today:
BW: 89,6 kg
BSS: 1x105 kg
Pullup: 1x50 kg
Bench: 1x140 kg

Pretty happy with this!

Pushups, squats, 45 deg bodyweight rows and situps, 1 min rest between exercises, 3 between rounds

19/12-20 - E - Fast 5
4,8 km, 27:33

I was planning on an easy 6k run. I’m at my parents for Christmas, went out running a track I remembered we ran in High school, it was supposed to be1500 m from A to B. ran back and forth A-B-A-B-A, checked with Strava, and it was only 4,8 km. Ran it a bit faster than LSS speed, so I’m counting it as a Fast 5..

Pushups, bw squats, 45 deg rows, situps

21/12-20 - E, LSS
45 min run, trail and road. Got soaking wet, the socks rolled, and some serious blisters as a result..

Last week I had one hike in the mountains and 3 SE-workouts with 3x40 reps

This week I’m back home, and started Fighter/Black Pro
04/01-21
1: BSS: 3x5x65
2: Pullups: 3x5xBW
3: Bench: 3x5x90

Edit: And now I kotoced that I did 70% instead of 75%.......
