Happy w. Bench, did 3 sets of doubles with previous max. Not so happy w. bsq but considering knee issues along the way, I am satisfied.

Light week before 2nd OP. Walk, ruck, snow shoveling, cutting firewood etc. Light barbell work for mobility.

Overwhelming week with work, daughter's birthday celebration, snow related work, getting fire wood etc etc, so "life".. Had no time nor energy to gym sessions until now.
Moderate WL Session for mobility and just to move well:
Snatch from blocks 5x3x40kg, 3x3x50kg
Front sq 3x3x70kg
Snatch push press fm neck 5x40k, 3x5x40kg
Pullups 6,4,6,4,6 bw
Ab rotations w. disc 3x20x25kg
