Something popped in my shoulder yesterday and man does it feel rough today. Might be adjusting the lifting for a while.

Thanks Bark! Did all the running on the treadmill--hence all the #5s. Although I intend to keep up a steady diet of them.

Sunday 1/31

Don’t have a name for this. But I was using the ramp in a parking garage to run on. Did the protocol from Meat Eater 1 with a 40 kg bell for 10 laps, then did 10 more without the swings, just running (a la Short Hills). It was ugly and I had to take extra rests, but I finished it. Feel wiped out and stinky now.

Work related but I'm due for an extra day of rest. Also, someone just drove past my house blasting "Little Spanish Flea" at max volume.
