Hey mate!
I like it a lot. They have 12 weeks cycles based on 4 weeks mini cycle with 4th week as a deload week. Also, all programming gets done based on weekly basis. So, you don't know what to expect for the next week. Keeps things fresh. I think I am going to follow GGA hard to kill track for this year. I am done with chasing lifting numbers and it is all about holistic training, health and fun for me now..

Ah that sounds good.I haven’t been too fussed with chasing numbers myself, personally over the last while I’ve just enjoyed the TB structure. Good to hear that you are enjoying the training. Fun definitely needs to be more applicable for training, keeps the motivation high, prevents staleness too.
