LSS Airbike

Note: no HR monitor today, just stuck at the speed range that I know keeps me within ranges while nostril breathing. I should be running today but I’ve had to make adjustment due to a mild MCL sprain that happened at work a couple of weeks ago. Was advised to keep running to a minimum, and was given the green light to keep hills in the mix, so apex stays. 2 more weeks of this block left.
