Mon - Magic 50 with 16 kg KB + 9 min abs (Body coach)
Tue - Fast 5 k 21m37s + 50 hanging leg raises
Wed - SQ (80x6)5
BP (75x6)5
PU (BWx6)5
Heavy bag 1 min/step 1 min x 3
Body spar 2 min x 3
Thu - RD
Fri - Reset 20
Sat - As Wed re strength training then ab rollouts 10 from knees then 4 sets of 5 on ramp

Mon - Fast 5k 21m52s + 50 hanging leg raises
Tue - SQ (85x5)5
BP (80x5)5
WPU (BW + 5 x 5)
Wed - Magic 50 + 8 min abs
Thu - RD
Fri - RD
Sat - Maximum strength session as per Tue + 5 sets ab wheel ramp rollouts in the morning
Then PM Devils Trinity (KB swing/burpee/body spar/ rest 60 sec per set) 5 rounds
