Freestyle Jump Rope

Note: worked a few different combinations in each round on the bag, can still transition into switch hitting not too bad, actually discovered a nice little combination I can’t recall working with before. Legs felt very fresh through out, so the bb I feel has payed off well, knee feels good after the jump rope, but I kept the pace moderate for the most part just to be sure. I can only fit in so much with work and training around a newborn, but I think this block set up should go nicely for now. Strength tomorrow.

Note: felt good this morning. Trialing something I thought about doing a while ago, running OP/IA with one day of the week running Mass Template percentages, sets/reps. Originally I was going to run fighter, but basically I thought of this and have decided to give it a run. The carry felt good, didn’t put the bag down at all, did have to hinge for a few seconds twice, good fun session overall.
