Hi Grouchy, I like it. It is weekly programming and you never know what you get next week. It keeps you fresh and it covers multiple physical modalities. I also like dynamic and tempo lifting with light load. I have never done that before.. I feel like I need a break for years of TB.. I think I will keep it around until KB releases new book. I will get back to TB after that..

I wanted to do a conditioning today but ended up helping a friend with moving. Took about an hour to go up-n-down stairs with pieces of furniture and boxes. It didn’t kill me but I honestly hate things like that.. lol
