Crushed it today. Did 4 sets of everything, it all felt light, and I don't even think it took 30 minutes (minus warmups). But the weird thing is that after doing #1 yesterday my lungs felt terrible (wheezing and lots of coughing and phlegm). Don't know if it was the exertion or the smoke in the air around here. But I felt awful up until I started warming up the squats, when I felt great.

Swung the big boy bell tonight (56kg) and it took a nice patch of skin off.

Also been having that itch to lift more and focus on aesthetics for a while. Can't decide if I want to run Grey Man or just keep doing Op I/A but use more sets.
