Sat Mar 13 - Sun 21.
Lapland Camp
Hard work, assisting my friend w. maintenance at gold mining area, some prep works for the summer. 40km/25mi to nearest village, no internet, no phone, just some solar power for the lights and radio in the cabin. True works in true conditions, must say. 1m/3ft snow.
From training perspective, I did everything: lift, carry, throw, hold, you name it. Daily activities 10-12 h pd, longest day 17 hrs.
For an office worker like me, it was a good "workout". I feel like taking some days off, perhaps getting back to normal training by end of this week.
For the record, travelled 1000km/625mi back and forth by car - in addititon of above...
