Heavy Bag

Reflex Ball

Freestyle Jump Rope

Note: worked a few different combinations in each round on the bag, can still transition into switch hitting not too bad, actually discovered a nice little combination I can’t recall working with before. Legs felt very fresh through out, so the bb I feel has payed off well, knee feels good after the jump rope, but I kept the pace moderate for the most part just to be sure. I can only fit in so much with work and training around a newborn, but I think this block set up should go nicely for now. Strength tomorrow.

Note: It was difficult to find the right pace throughout, I’ll have to do this one again sometime. Still very challenging, particularly with the shortened rest, swings were probably the easiest part. Good session after a long day.

10 mins (moderate bag)

Note: felt good this morning. Trialing something I thought about doing a while ago, running OP/IA with one day of the week running Mass Template percentages, sets/reps. Originally I was going to run fighter, but basically I thought of this and have decided to give it a run. The carry felt good, didn’t put the bag down at all, did have to hinge for a few seconds twice, good fun session overall.
