Coming from a week of sickness (a bad stomach flu with high fever on Saturday 6/03 and Sunday 7/03)....maybe jumpin’ today into the Heavy Week was not the wisest decision...

A complete disaster: during Squat warm-up i felt a sharp pain in the hamstrings and adductor...i had to stop and couldn’t do even one set. The decision to jump into 85% workouts after the flu was a big mistake...
Now i had to plan Friday’s workout: begin again the 75% week or try again the last 85% workout...

I couldn’t complete BSQ and BP sets, i failed reps on 1st set....maybe it’s time to put on some muscles, transitioning to Mass Template and training with lighter weights

Taking the precious advices i got in this forum, i restarted today Operator I/A 2nd Block with the same maxes:
Back Squat 144kg
Bench Press 80kg
Weighted Pull Ups 116kg (Bw 75kg)

Not so happy, especially with SQ...tomorrow i’ll have Covid-19 vaccine, if i felt some unwanted effects after it, i’ll probably deload a bit of SQ weight.

I didn’t training on Wednesday, i got some bad fever after Covid-19 Vaccine....I stil felt some minor side effects three days later.
I definitely lost some Squat strength, at this moment I can’t handle the weight I owned one month ago. If I decide to keep training with OP I/A, I’ll deload a bit and work my way up, repeating again 75% workouts.
