Note: Had to do the first part of the session for work, I purposely ran at a pace where I could still maintain a conversation to see what time it would get me. I thought it would have been much slower. I also wanted to make sure I was squared away to do apex today after as it was the primary session.
Started from the bottom of the hill, the run and swings felt great. From a getting in volume perspective, the 30 second start point on the hill makes more sense, I had no issue with the additional distance/time. 32.5kg seems to be the weight I have mastered. I will at some point do 15 rounds to confirm this. I can do 10 already pretty comfortably. Apex is still by far the favorite hill session.

Note: Good sessions today, all lifts felt very good, minimal rest, the WPU was a bit challenging, I may cut the weight down for this next block to keep the last reps in the last few sets cleaner. The carry felt great, the side carry is still a challenge, it’s good playing with alternatives. Really enjoying this block so far, easy to maintain with a few life things going down range. Sunday Funday.

Note: finally got an early morning session in after adjusting some sleep schedules. Had a little issue behind the knee cap this morning. After some specific mobility work it eased, other than that the knee is definitely so much better than it was 6-7 weeks ago. All lifts felt very strong this morning. Good start to the day.
