Note: had to stick to the quarters mainly at the skatepark, the knee isn’t 100% ready to jump and bend around ledges just yet, which is fine, I enjoy bowl skating for the most part nowadays. Got some handy work done, looking to have a little more wrist focus for the next little while. Good chill day of training.

OP/IA seems to be the perfect fit to work around things with the little one. Using an 80% T Max for all lifts except for the WPU was also useful, from a recovery while running on less sleep here and there point of view.

Note: squats felt the most on point they’ve been in a while. Shouldering felt good, WPU and dips were solid. Short skate, then filmed for a friend for a few clips. Knee is 90%, still playing conservative for the moment. Good day Friday.

Note: mobility work, family bbq all going down range today. Have been playing with the mobility movement app over the last while, it’s different to Romwod, but it’s good. Mixing and matching between my own stuff and the two apps has been great for overall recovery. Not really sore today, just balancing family and training which OP/IA really allows for. Happy Easter.

25kg 3 sets (all to just short of hand failure)
Note: Realised quickly on the farmers carry that the thumb injured nearly 2 years ago is strong again in most areas, pinch for example, yet the fat grip it’s a bit uneven when compared to my other hand. I’ll be working on this a bit to balance that out. It shouldn’t take too long, plus I’ve been wanting to use the fat grips more often anyway. All lifts felt good. Good start to the day.
