Grey Man Week 2
Felt very run down all day, so I just did the main cluster and came home. Might need to admit to myself I've been overdoing it.

Off (I forgot it's Easter, so the exercise week gets pushed back a day).
Current status: Feeling run down. The upside is that even after just two weeks, I'm seeing good physique results from running Grey Man and conditioning stuff at the same time. Arms, torso, and legs are all a bit more muscular and carrying less fat. It's not a big difference, but I think it's real. But the downside is that I just don't think that all of this sustainable, not in a healthy way. My lower back in particular is in bad shape. So if it comes down to choosing between physique (running a Mass template with the Mass conditioning stuff) and health (running old Operator and TB2 Black conditioning), I'll likely pick og Operator.
