Today I started Operator I/A 3rd Block...goals are building mass and strength (OP I/A is working so well I couldn’t choose a Mass Template, let’s see in the future when I’ll have more kgs in my lifts).
I forced progression in SQ and BP, I kept WPU at the same weight of my previous block because I wasn’t totally satisfied with my technique. These are my maxes for this 3rd Block:
