After losing a session last week because of Covid-19 Vaccine, I decided to repeat 75% workouts and deload a bit of SQ weight (last 1rm was too heavy after my sickness).

Back Squat 138kg
Bench Press 80kg
Weighted Pull Ups 116kg (Bw 75kg)

Today I started Operator I/A 3rd Block...goals are building mass and strength (OP I/A is working so well I couldn’t choose a Mass Template, let’s see in the future when I’ll have more kgs in my lifts).

I forced progression in SQ and BP, I kept WPU at the same weight of my previous block because I wasn’t totally satisfied with my technique. These are my maxes for this 3rd Block:

Back Squat 140kg
Bench Press 82kg
Weighted Pull Ups 116kg (Bw 75kg)

Session 1@75%

BSQ 7x5 105kg
BP 8x5 62kg
WPU 8x5 12kg
