My right pec is bothering me. With Operator template, I’m benching too frequently to recover from lifting more than 100 kg every session, and switching to Fighter and Op I/A hasn’t been enough to let it heal. Changing to I/A and use the full 5 min rests is just enough so that I can get through 3 sets with just a little pain, but I’m afraid I’m going to tear something if I continue. I have done so once before, and that was a bitch to recover from..
I’m jumping off OP I/A, and do some SE/Kettlebell-work for a couple of weeks instead, unless anyone here has any good ideas. It sucks to quit, but when I start lifting again, I’ll do it woth more recovery, and in the long run end up stronger..
Edit: or maybe I have just not been eating enough. I don’t know if that can cause these problems, but from what I see on Reddit, a lot of people using Op uses less weight than I do. But again, then theres much stronger people than me thriving on it, so maybe I’m doing something wrong, and undereating is the first thing I can come up with

Max speed was 24 km pr hour
Wore a HR monitor the last 24 hours. Resting heartrate is 10 bpm higher than usual. I’m tired and irritated. I eat until I’m stuffed, but feel hungry shortly after anyway. Seems I’m underrecovered..
