Rest Day
Note: felt a bit off the last couple of days, taking the rest day just to be sure I don’t come down with anything. Have had a lot of other things going on which may have worn on me a bit, all good though. As long as the weather holds, will skate tomorrow morning.

Note: mainly ledge work, practiced a lot on the small ledge, knee felt really good, still noticed a couple of sensations, nothing to be concerned with however. Good start to the weekend.

Note: Swings felt great, noticeable power drop on the Airbike after which was reflected with the times. Otherwise, not a bad start to the day. Grip work was fine, a little fatigued from the morning, but still got some good work in.

Note: good start to the day, step ups felt good on the knee, lunges and the TBDL still seem to be the best fit there, I’ll look to give BSSQ a run at some stage as well. Dips and WPU were pretty solid.
