Note: body is feeling good, knee is definitely much better. Still stuck to just quarters just in case. Rollouts were all good, I just took a step back further and decreased the reps. All felt good though.

Note: DL felt good, especially on the last set, OHP was very controlled. Still a little stiff from work the day before but managed just fine. Now to have a bit of a think on how I I want to set up the next block to work around the life schedule.
