Note: Really focused on minimal hinge from the hip on the GHR, just to focus on keepin the tension right at the end. I misread my numbers on the BSSQ which is why the numbers changed. Rollouts felt good and controlled, Dips and WPU felt very solid. Good start to the block.

Note: FSQ felt absolutely awesome, no pain in the knee, nothing, my quads definitely enjoyed it. Am being conservative T Max wise, I’m in no rush to push it.
I will still keep some unilateral work in there as it has definitely help keep me balanced strength wise as well as assisting the knee along. Plus it’s been fun.
All other lifts and grip work felt good today despite juggling a few more things than usual lol.
