I introduced today Rack Pull (that’s the best option to pull heavier weights considering i can’t start from the floor) with a cautious TM of 150kg...the plan is pull 3xweek with 1 set each workout (maybe something more on Friday if i feel), according to “Incorporate Deadlift” chapter...

Rack Pulls are not an option anymore: the noise bothers my girlfriend (who’s working) and the neighbor, so RDL it’s the best (and only) BB alternative I have to train hip hinge...I did 3x6 with a “heavish” but very manageable weight: I’ll keep a 3xweek frequency with a slight linear and forced progression at the end of the block, overall a good workout.
