I hurt lower back playing with kids few days ago. I thought it is going to take couple days to heal, but it is not the case.. Still in pain. Doing self trigger point massage and taking some painkillers.. I guess it is going to take a while.. I feel like I need a break from early morning training anyways..
I am not sure what I am going to do once my back is OK. Probably come back to TB training.. I am starting to miss the energy of TB templates and TB-like feelings…

I like it a lot! I’d recommend it if you want to try something different.

With the little one at home and current work schedule, OP/IA will be the way for a good while in my case.

They have holistic approach to the programming addressing different modalities of training. There are few different tracks: strength, body geometry, endurance, and body weight only. It covers strength and conditioning with different goals in mind. Programming is done dynamically for 12 weeks cycles with deload weeks included. Good community, a lot of info and resources, not expensive.. It is kind of intelligent crossfit. Founders are ex-military…
