Note: A small bit of the cold is lingering but I didn’t feel too bad working through at all. A big HIC session might not be the best thing just yet. If I’m improved more so tomorrow I might get a skate or some very light boxing work in. Real happy with how the GHRs are coming back, I think they will become a “for life” movement now. Anyway, not too bad a start to the weekend.
