WPU went really bad today….yesterday i had a cheat day and today i was 3kg heavier, maybe this is the reason…i’m thinking also that percentages aren’t the best method to program WPU, maybe i’m starting to experiment, only for them, with RPE and Double-Progression

7x3 —> 7x4 —> 6x5 i’ll stay with a scheme until it becomes easy…when i reach 6x5, i’ll add some weight and restart a new cycle…let’s see how it goes: i started today with a 6RM (Bw+20kg).
